IDEOLOGY OF JCFA
The Japan Consumer Finance Association is a nationwide voluntary organization consisting of major company members that specialize in consumer finance.
The Japan Consumer Finance Association (JCFA) was founded in April 1969 aiming "to help consumers in planning the livelihood and also protect and relieve consumers as well as to improve business management and enhance the welfare of each member company by developing the consumer finance business in our country appropriately." For more than 30 years, under the basic spirit of "Consumer First", we have been making efforts to find how we can play our role in assisting the livelihood of consumers and what kind of service we can provide to satisfy customers, and promoting reform of the trade with enforcing innovative strength.

Purpose:

The purpose of the association is to promote a sound and proper development of consumer finance trade, to contribute to the nation's economy, provide protection and relief for consumers and to enhance the welfare of the members.
